About the Role
We are seeking an Engagement Cloud Project Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise restaurant technology deployments. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional execution and ensuring delivery excellence across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead enterprise SaaS + hardware implementation programs with full delivery accountability
- →Establish strong executive-level partnerships with customer stakeholders
- →Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- →Manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and critical path across global teams
- →Facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- →Own scope governance, including change control and commercial impact discussions
- →Provide clear, executive-ready status reporting and dashboards
- →Proactively manage escalations and drive resolution
- →Translate business requirements into high-quality functional solution documentation
- →Act as the voice of the customer, influencing internal prioritization and process improvement
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of enterprise project management experience
- ✓5+ years in restaurant technology, hospitality tech, or complex SaaS implementations
- ✓Proven experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional delivery programs
- ✓Experience working with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
- ✓Strong risk management and scope control discipline
- ✓Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- ✓Experience working with globally distributed teams
- ✓PMP certification preferred
