About the Role

We are looking for a Content Designer to join Parafin, a company that helps small businesses access financial tools through platforms like DoorDash and Amazon. You will create and update UI copy, emails, and FAQs across multiple products.

Key Responsibilities

→Write for multiple surfaces (UI, emails, FAQs) across multiple products
→Work directly with Design, Product Managers, Servicing, and Legal teams to shape products and ensure compliance
→Manage content by getting approval from Legal and banking partners, and maintaining content repositories

Requirements

✓5-8 years of experience as a writer or editor
✓Ability to create excellent, user-centered content by incorporating multiple inputs
✓Strong opinions about good writing and the ability to articulate choices to influence stakeholders
✓Experience working collaboratively and building relationships with stakeholders
✓Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and clarifying ambiguity
