About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our Software Stack team. This role is crucial for driving the development and integration of LTE Protocol Stack and advanced Open RAN solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design, development, and integration of LTE Advanced features and protocol stack optimizations for Open RAN vBBU
- →Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the software access stack team
- →Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FQG and RQG QA teams for feature verification, test case planning, and execution
- →Review and contribute to design documents and requirements specifications
- →Write and maintain technical documentation, including algorithms and system behavior
- →Support customer deployments and provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution
- →Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- ✓10+ years of experience in telecom software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- ✓Deep understanding of LTE/LTE-A protocol stack and Open RAN architecture
- ✓Experience with virtualization technologies and VRAN deployment models
- ✓Strong programming skills in C/C++ and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
- ✓Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and agile development environments
- ✓Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
