About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team at Pathward, a financial empowerment company dedicated to creating financial inclusion for all. This role involves developing and programming methods to analyze diverse data sets and generate insights to enhance customer solutions and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Mine, model, and analyze large datasets utilizing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
- →Develop insights from historical loan performance data and identify opportunities to underwrite new customer populations.
- →Develop and support custom score models for underwriting, pricing, and profitability.
- →Forecast performance of marketing campaigns and track actual performance against targets.
- →Design and deploy model monitoring frameworks to assess the performance of partner underwriting portfolios and new product launches.
- →Collaborate with vendors and technology teams to ensure new strategies and models are implemented accurately.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- ✓Typically, 3+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- ✓Ability to handle large volumes of data and derive actionable insights.
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with solid business acumen.
- ✓Strong written and communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights to a range of audiences.
- ✓Experience in the consumer credit industry is a plus.
- ✓The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
