About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Integrations team at Pattern, a leading eCommerce data and growth company. This role involves ensuring quality in products through active participation in Agile development methodologies and maintaining robust marketplace connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Participate as an active member of the Scrum team to ensure quality is built into products
→Collaborate with the Product Management team in Sprint planning
→Create Test cases, Test scenarios, and Product documents based on software requirements
→Participate in Bug triaging and measures to prevent them
→Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Product
→Ensure participation in quality improvement tools like Unit Test and RCA Addition

Requirements

✓1-3 years of relevant technical experience in a Quality Assurance role
✓Strong knowledge of Testing Concepts, Defect Management, Test Case writing, and Test Scenarios identification
✓Comprehensive knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and software development life cycle (SDLC)
✓Excellent in Functional and Web-Based Testing
✓Exposure to Automation Testing, API testing, and the ability to write, implement, and maintain Test Scripts
✓Experience with creating and maintaining automation scripts with any automation tools
✓Good Database Knowledge, writing, and executing SQL queries (PostgreSQL preferred)
✓Detail orientation with good organizational skills
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Manual Testing expertise including Requirement analysis, Test Scenario and Test Case writing, and Cross Team Collaboration
✓Basic to moderate-level knowledge of SQL
✓Familiarity with Agile and Scrum ceremonies
✓Automation Experience Requirement - API testing using JavaScript automation scripts and BDD automation framework
