About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our fraud, risk, and compliance platforms at PayNearMe. This role is critical to enabling secure, compliant money movement across our network.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fraud prevention, risk management, and compliance
- →Synthesize client usage, market research, competitive analysis, and client feedback into actionable insights
- →Communicate product vision and priorities across teams and stakeholders
- →Translate regulatory, risk, and operational requirements into clear product requirements
- →Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure products meet banking and regulatory obligations
- →Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify emerging fraud trends and evaluate risk exposure
- →Balance risk mitigation with customer experience
- →Serve as a subject-matter expert for fraud, risk, and compliance considerations
- →Deliver scalable, automated, and data-driven solutions to mitigate fraud and financial risk
- →Act as a thought partner on fraud, risk, and compliance across the Product organization
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management with focus on fraud, risk, or compliance
- ✓Strong analytical skills with ability to use data for decision-making
- ✓Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- ✓Experience working with payment systems and financial technologies
- ✓Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills
- ✓Understanding of ACH, cards, cash payments, and real-time payment systems
