About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Flash, an intelligent ecosystem of HR and financial solutions that simplifies daily work management on a single platform. This role focuses on leading the full product development cycle with a user-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the complete product development cycle, from discovery to delivery, focusing on user needs and business objectives
- →Analyze data, customer pain points, and behaviors to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
- →Prioritize the backlog based on value, data, and solutions, translating needs into user stories
- →Define, track, and report product success metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals
- →Ensure smooth communication across all company areas, maintaining alignment on deliveries and impacts
- →Serve as the connection point between product, technology, design, and business areas
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience in product management
- ✓Experience with agile methodologies
- ✓Stakeholder negotiation skills
- ✓Cross-functional perspective to understand the impact of actions and decisions
- ✓Ability to standardize rituals and methodologies (OKRs, roadmaps, discovery, delivery)
- ✓Experience managing tools like Jira and Notion
- ✓Dashboard and reporting creation skills
- ✓Facilitation skills for alignment between Product and other areas
- ✓Documentation of strategies, priorities, and decisions
- ✓Support for review and strategic meetings
