About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team at PDI Technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering custom reporting and analytics solutions for customers in the Convenience Retail and Major Oil verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build audience segments for targeted communications/campaigns across Email, SMS, and push messaging
- →Work with CRM team to manage audience transfers to consumer marketing platforms
- →Function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for analytics and reporting solutions in convenience retail and major oil verticals
- →Interface with customers to understand their needs and translate them into requirements
- →Design, develop, test, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Tableau
- →Research and resolve data issues and discrepancies in reports
- →Create one-time reports and data extracts as requested
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of BI/Analytics experience
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Very good knowledge of SQL
- ✓Exposure to BI tools like Business Objects and Tableau
- ✓Knowledge of ETL techniques and tools
- ✓Understanding of database technologies like RedShift and Snowflake
- ✓Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- ✓Excellent oral and written communication skills
- ✓Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
