About the Role
We are looking for our first Customer Success Manager to join Endless Commerce, an AI-powered CommerceOS that helps consumer brands manage omnichannel operations. This foundational role will own the entire post-sale experience for our growing client base.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead new customers from signed contract to fully live on Endless Commerce
- →Own retention and renewals by building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- →Identify expansion opportunities by understanding customer operations
- →Partner with product and marketing to keep customers informed on updates
- →Create onboarding checklists, QBR templates, and health score frameworks
- →Synthesize customer feedback to inform product development
- →Work with partnerships and marketing to turn customers into advocates
Requirements
- ✓3–5+ years of customer success or account management experience
- ✓SaaS environment experience serving e-commerce or consumer brands preferred
- ✓Understanding of omnichannel operations including inventory, orders, wholesale, and retail
- ✓Highly organized and data-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- ✓High emotional intelligence and customer sensitivity
- ✓Comfortable with hands-on work in onboarding and troubleshooting
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
