About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Marketing Manager, EMEA to lead and scale Pebl’s regional marketing strategy across digital demand generation and field marketing. This high-impact role is responsible for translating global growth strategy into meaningful regional pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the strategy and execution of regional field marketing programs, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars
- →Manage events end-to-end, from planning to post-event pipeline follow-up
- →Partner with Sales to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities that drive pipeline creation
- →Measure and report on event ROI, including sourced and influenced pipeline
- →Localize messaging, offers, and targeting strategies for regional relevance
- →Provide performance insights and testing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- →Serve as the primary marketing partner to EMEA Sales leadership
- →Contribute to regional budget planning and forecasting
Requirements
- ✓6–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or enterprise software
- ✓Proven experience owning both digital demand programs and field/event marketing
- ✓Strong understanding of the diversity and complexity of EMEA markets
- ✓Experience working within centralized global marketing structures while driving local accountability
- ✓Data-driven and comfortable connecting marketing activities directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- ✓Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- ✓Strong communicator who builds trusted partnerships with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders
