About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our growing team at Pennylane. This role involves financial planning, performance tracking, and supporting business decisions across the company.

Key Responsibilities

→Produce monthly financial reports (KPIs, P&L) for the Comex and investors
→Lead the budgeting process, including annual budget, reforecasts, and monthly financial reviews
→Build and maintain advanced forecast models
→Collaborate with various teams to gather data for forecasts
→Act as a financial partner to managers and Comex members, providing analysis and models to support decision-making
→Participate in deploying FP&A solutions and conducting ad-hoc analyses for investors and the Comex

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in Transaction Services, Audit, or FP&A in a tech scale-up
✓Strong analytical skills with a business-oriented profile
✓Highly organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented with excellent summarization skills
✓Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✓Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders beyond the FP&A team
✓Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
✓Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
✓Pigment experience is a plus
