The best run DevOps teams in the world choose Perforce.   Position Summary:   The Sales Development Manager for the Sales Development team at Perforce is searching for a Sales Development Representative II to join the team. The Sales Development Representative II at Perforce will be a position focusing on prospecting and lead generation. Individuals in this role will utilize foundational skills in sales development, including lead qualification, outreach strategies, and CRM utilization.  Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate leads for the sales team • Qualify leads based on established criteria • Conduct initial outreach activities via phone, email, and social media • Maintain and update prospect databases in CRM systems • Assist in scheduling meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives • Learn and apply basic sales development techniques and strategies • Support the sales development team in various administrative tasks • May be required to support additional products/brands as required. Requirements: • Basic proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques • Basic understanding of social selling platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspace • Basic data entry and database management skills • Fundamental understanding of sales processes and terminology • Basic phone and email communication tools • 1-2 years experience in Sales Development or related fields Come work with us!
