About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven professional to join our Account Management Team at Perk. As an Account Manager, you will actively contribute to customer satisfaction while driving growth and margin within existing accounts in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a portfolio of long-tail customers in the Spanish Market
- →Build strong relationships with accounts and key decision-makers
- →Gain a deep understanding of customers’ business to maximize their use of Perk
- →Identify growth opportunities and develop your portfolio by adding new business
- →Become an expert in Perk products to meet and exceed quarterly targets
- →Use data analytics to provide clients with business reviews and reports
- →Identify recurring issues within accounts and develop long-term solutions
- →Act as a key liaison between internal Perk teams and the Account Management team
- →Prioritize your time effectively to maximize impact in key business areas
Requirements
- ✓Native Spanish Speaker and fluent in English (spoken and written)
- ✓Previous account management or customer-facing role experience
- ✓Experience in SaaS or travel-tech is highly preferred
- ✓Good presentation and communication skills
- ✓Strong prioritisation and time management skills
- ✓Results-oriented mindset with customer satisfaction as a top priority
- ✓Ability to analyse data and translate insights for clients
