About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Company Setup product area within the Spend & Control alliance at Perk. This role focuses on Identity management and core platform services, playing a strategic role in integrating with large enterprises and onboarding new users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Utilise data and insights to uncover opportunities in identity and user lifecycle management
- →Communicate product vision and strategy to keep team and stakeholders aligned
- →Define and execute clear plans for tackling problems around core platform enablement
- →Collaborate with developers, designers, and other functions to bring strategies to life
- →Provide product documentation and training materials for platform and identity services
- →Lead with a servant-leadership approach to help the team stay focused and creative
- →Continuously learn and share insights to build a world-class product team
Requirements
- ✓At least 7 years in tech companies, with at least 5 years in Product management roles
- ✓Proven experience in Identity management services, User lifecycle management, HRIS integrations, or automation
- ✓Experience working on platform products or enablement teams that serve other product lines
- ✓Understanding of what makes a great user experience and experience creating intuitive platform products
- ✓Comfortable working on B2B platforms and collaborating with technical stakeholders
- ✓Ability to break down complex projects into smaller steps that deliver value quickly
- ✓Experience working with engineering, design, finance, and data teams
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills to untangle challenges and create data-backed plans
