About the Role
We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to help us achieve our ambitious goals. Your focus will be on feeding our sales funnel by qualifying and engaging with prospective enterprise Perk customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social touches
- →Qualify leads during phone calls and schedule consultations
- →Understand prospect needs and articulate Perk's value proposition
- →Maintain accurate prospect information in Salesforce
- →Develop expert knowledge of Perk and its features
- →Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead qualification
- →Focus on identifying, prospecting, and qualifying enterprise-level accounts
- →Conduct high-level discussions with Office Managers, CFOs, and Travel Managers
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 1 year experience in an SDR role or equivalent selling SaaS products
- ✓Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Deep understanding of the sales development lifecycle
- ✓Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to build credibility over the phone
- ✓Good understanding of B2B solution selling
- ✓Strong character, perseverance, and goal orientation
- ✓Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- ✓Customer-centric mindset
- ✓Proactive approach to lead generation
