About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SMB Account Manager who is customer-focused and results-driven to join our high growth Account Management Team at Perk. This role involves building strategic partnerships that redefine how businesses move.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a high-value portfolio of top SMB customers, building relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
- →Move beyond transactional support to gain a deep understanding of customers’ business goals
- →Leverage advanced data analytics to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- →Act as an expert on the Perk product ecosystem, ensuring clients adopt new features
- →Identify recurring friction points and develop scalable solutions to improve customer experience
- →Bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer Support to ensure seamless roll-outs
- →Prioritize efforts to maximize impact, balancing client management with internal projects
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in B2B Account Management or Customer Success (SaaS experience preferred)
- ✓Exceptional presentation skills and ability to translate complex data
- ✓Comfortable in Excel/BI tools and enjoy using data to prove value
- ✓Thrive in hyper growth and view ambiguity as an opportunity
- ✓Native-level fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
