About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join Perk, the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. This role will own the long-term health and evolution of programs that fuel our Travel and Spend platforms, ensuring seamless integration of technology, security, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, from initial discovery and technical scoping to global rollout and operationalization.
- →Act as the strategic glue between Product & Engineering Builders, Customer Care, Finance, and other teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- →Proactively navigate the high-stakes intersection of fintech security and global travel regulations, identifying systemic risks before they impact the platform's integrity.
- →Continuously refine how critical departments plug into the engineering lifecycle to remove friction and deliver a 7-star customer experience.
- →Provide high-level visibility into program health, blockers, and trade-offs for leadership across global offices.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Technical Program Management Experience in high-growth environments in Fintech, TravelTech, or complex B2B SaaS.
- ✓Technical depth to partner effectively with engineers and architects, navigating discussions on API integrations, financial ledgers, and cloud infrastructure.
- ✓Experience navigating the specific needs of Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure technical builds are "compliant by design."
- ✓Ability to see the "big picture" of a platform and understand how changes in one microservice ripple through the entire ecosystem.
- ✓Value clear, concise alignment over exhaustive documentation, using just enough process to keep a team moving fast.
