About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join PermitFlow, an applied AI company revolutionizing the construction industry. This role involves diving into construction permitting, identifying UX improvements, and contributing to product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

→Dive into construction permitting and learn from internal resources and team
→Identify and assess opportunities for UX and visual improvements in the PF application
→Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
→Lead end-to-end design projects and work closely with customers, engineering, and other teams
→Help establish early processes that advocate for a design-centric approach
→Collaborate with sales and marketing to produce sales collateral and branding material
→Design a beautiful and scalable permitting product

Requirements

✓All applications must link to or include a portfolio
✓4+ years of experience designing software, especially with B2B products and complex workflows
✓Comfortable with Figma, Notion, and Linear
✓High tolerance for ambiguity in fast-paced environments
✓Strong communication skills with both designers and engineers
✓Technical competence to communicate designs and decisions with engineers
