About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Project Director to join our team. This role involves developing partnership strategies for clinical trials and providing oversight for clinical study projects to ensure project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- →Direct and manage collaboration within a team of Project Directors and Project Managers
- →Provide leadership and oversight on all clinical programs
- →Interact with study sponsors as the primary point of escalation
- →Optimize the profitability of the Project Management organization
- →Assess and manage resource allocations to meet cost, time, and quality goals
- →Select, train, and manage the performance of talent in project leadership positions
- →Provide technical support and guidance to assigned project managers
- →Identify and escalate impacts to project scope, resources, schedule, or budget
- →Ensure project leadership personnel maintain compliance with established standards
- →Participate in opportunity development, proposals, and budgeting
- →Understand and manage project/program inter-dependencies
- →Conduct evaluations and implement required changes for all projects
- →Measure and report KPIs and lead continuous improvement
- →Adhere to Precision’s values centered on quality, people, clients, and performance
- →Manage workload of supervised staff with continued assessment and adjustment
- →Provide ongoing feedback, development, and coaching of Project Directors and Project Managers
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health-related field
- ✓Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical research, including project management and line management
- ✓Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process
- ✓Experience with Microsoft Office Products and Microsoft Project
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service demeanor
- ✓Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- ✓In-depth experience in pharmaceutical and/or device research
- ✓Advanced degree preferred
- ✓Experience in managing complex and global trials
