About the Role

The Demand Generation Specialist will execute and optimize integrated marketing programs using content marketing, email marketing, and paid/organic digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leads. This role focuses on implementing demand generation tactics and supporting account-based marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Execute and optimize integrated marketing programs across digital channels
→Support the development of new content and campaigns to generate qualified leads
→Partner with Marketing & Sales to reach account targets and develop integrated campaigns
→Plan multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, content marketing, and emails
→Build landing pages, ads, emails, and other digital assets to engage prospects and customers
→Support the execution of a content atomization strategy to increase client engagement
→Collaborate with design and content team members for campaign development
→Oversee the library of templates for email marketing, landing pages, and other assets
→Deliver marketing analytics to optimize campaign performance and demonstrate ROI
→Support the implementation of account-based marketing initiatives
→Optimize CRM and tech stack health
→Implement robust reporting frameworks to surface actionable leads

Requirements

✓5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in biotech/life sciences
✓2-4 years of experience working in a matrix environment and leading marketing projects
✓Previous experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
✓Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, or AdRoll
✓Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdRoll, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce
