About the Role
Pigment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. This role focuses on connecting with Engineering and Product leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Engineering & Product leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
- →Headhunt top Engineering and Product profiles through sourcing, proactive outreach, and market mapping
- →Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer, including screening applications and conducting pre-qualification interviews
- →Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as an ambassador of Pigment’s culture
- →Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, coaching hiring managers on best practices
- →Collaborate with internal TA and HR teams to ensure alignment on processes
- →Track and report on talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or RPO role, ideally in a fast-growing tech environment
- ✓Strong headhunting and sourcing skills, adaptable to different hiring needs
- ✓Comfortable working in an RPO setup with both autonomy and collaboration
- ✓Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset for building recruitment practices
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Highly organized with experience using ATS and sourcing tools
- ✓Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong sense of rigor
- ✓Thrives in challenging, fast-paced environments
