Key Responsibilities
- →Establish, own, and continually iterate on the holistic AI Governance and Risk Management Framework for the company
- →Partner with Legal to translate emerging global AI regulations into concrete engineering requirements and compliance plans
- →Develop internal policies for responsible AI practices and establish metrics for effective compliance
- →Facilitate and drive consensus across Legal, Security, Privacy, Data Engineering, and Product teams to mitigate distributed AI risks
- →Incorporate AI compliance program status into leadership risk management reporting
Requirements
- ✓Experience working with AI model and feature development
- ✓8+ years of experience as a technical program manager supporting Compliance or Trust & Safety Programs
- ✓Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership abilities
- ✓Solid technical background and ability to understand technical designs and risks
- ✓Strong analytical abilities and communication skills
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science or equivalent experience
