About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the Agentic AI experiences and the underlying AI platform capabilities that power them. This role focuses on defining how Agentic AI delivers value to customers across the Pipedrive CRM, shaping experiences that are safe, reliable, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own the vision and roadmap for customer experience across Pipedrive CRM
- →Identify and prioritize high-value use cases where autonomous and semi-autonomous agents improve sales productivity
- →Own the product strategy and requirements for Pipedrive’s Agentic AI experience
- →Define how agents interact with users, CRM data and workflows
- →Ensure agentic behavior is understandable, predictable and trustworthy
- →Contribute to core platform capabilities, including agent orchestration and lifecycle management
- →Establish clear product interfaces, APIs and platform contracts
- →Translate business, customer and technical needs into clear product requirements
- →Define success metrics for agentic AI capabilities and the AI platform
- →Partner with engineering and AI/ML teams to shape technical direction
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience, with senior individual contributor or principal level scope
- ✓Proven experience owning complex product capabilities and shared platforms
- ✓Strong understanding of LLM, agentic systems and modern AI architectures
- ✓Experience working closely with AI and machine learning engineers
- ✓Comfort defining APIs, SDKs and platform level product surfaces
- ✓Ability to operate with high autonomy and influence across teams
- ✓Excellent product judgment in ambiguous and fast moving environments
- ✓Proven ability to drive product value and deliver strong customer experiences
- ✓Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
