Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, demo, negotiate, and close new business
- →Build pipeline proactively through outbound, referrals, events, and other methods
- →Craft compelling narratives that address customer pain and articulate product value
- →Partner with leadership to shape sales strategy, messaging, pricing, and positioning
- →Help define the go-to-market playbook with creativity and data-driven insights
- →Collaborate with Product and Marketing to relay customer insights and inform demand-gen efforts
- →Represent the brand as a trusted advisor and relationship-builder
- →Consistently hit revenue targets with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of B2B software sales experience with quota or revenue target experience
- ✓Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce
- ✓Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate in an early-stage environment
- ✓Gritty, hungry, and tenacious approach to sales
- ✓Experience selling into healthcare providers, payers, or related industries
