About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead to join Playson’s Promotional Features domain and build the Boosters direction. This hands-on leadership role involves building production-ready features and owning the technical direction of the Boosters team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own technical decisions and architecture for Boosters services
- →Develop and maintain backend applications for promotional features
- →Drive delivery as a key contributor from design to release
- →Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
- →Lead team execution with a "PoC-first" approach
- →Conduct code and architectural reviews
- →Be the go-to technical owner for any tech problems
- →Participate in on-call rotation and improve operability
Requirements
- ✓Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
- ✓Understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency patterns
- ✓Experience building distributed systems and working with messaging tools
- ✓Experience with gRPC in production environments
- ✓Solid knowledge of various databases
- ✓Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes
- ✓Skilled in building and maintaining tests
- ✓Proven track record of delivering production-ready solutions
- ✓Experience with large-scale microservices architectures
- ✓Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
