ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Product Manager, you will define and lead the strategy for our next-generation innovation products, owning how new platforms are conceived, built, and scaled into production-ready, revenue-generating solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are reliable, extensible, and commercially effective, translating business and partner needs into clear product direction and executable technical roadmaps.
You will work at the intersection of product, design, engineering, data, and partner operations, building the foundational systems behind our innovation products. Your mandate is to transform early-stage solutions into robust, scalable platforms that can support high-volume partner adoption, complex commercial models, and real-world operational demands.
In this role, you will own how our white-label loyalty commerce products actually work in the real world β from how offers are calculated and validated, to how transactions flow through our systems, to how results appear in partner and financial reporting. You will bring structure, clarity, and technical depth to ensure our products scale across airlines, hotels, and loyalty programs while maintaining trust, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Own the product roadmap for innovation products, balancing stability, scalability, and incremental customer and business value.
Translate business goals and partner needs into clear technical requirements, system behaviors, and prioritized delivery plans.
Partner closely with Engineering to evolve complex systems, manage technical constraints, and sequence work across multiple services and dependencies.
Define and maintain product contracts (APIs, workflows, data models, eligibility, pricing, entitlements, etc.) that enable reliable integrations and downstream use.
Identify, prioritize, and resolve structural bottlenecks (technical debt, data gaps, workflow friction) that limit scalability, automation, or partner experience.
Drive end-to-end delivery of features and platform capabilities, from discovery through build, release, and post-launch performance tracking.
Use data, logs, and operational signals to monitor product health, detect issues, and guide continuous improvement.
Work with Data, Engineering, and Operations to ensure accurate instrumentation, reporting, and financial integrity across the product.
Lead cross-functional tradeoff decisions across reliability, performance, time-to-market, and revenue impact.
Represent the product in technical discussions with partners, platform teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of system behavior and constraints.
Drive documentation, standards, and clarity around how the product actually works, not just what it does.
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, experience working on technical, platform, or systems-heavy products is a plusΒ
Strong ability to reason about complex systems β including APIs, services, data flows, pricing logic, entitlements, and dependencies.
Experience partnering deeply with Engineering to design, sequence, and deliver scalable solutions in production environments.
Comfortable translating between business intent and technical implementation without losing fidelity on either side.
Proven track record of owning live, revenue-critical products where reliability, correctness, and operational efficiency matter.
Experience working with analytics, logging, or financial reporting to validate that systems behave as intended in the real world.
Strong judgment in managing tradeoffs between speed, quality, and technical sustainability.
Clear communicator who can align Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations around shared goals, constraints, and priorities.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and legacy environments, bringing structure, clarity, and forward momentum.
