About the Role

We are looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services, Practice Delivery team at PointClickCare. This role involves acting as the principal liaison with customers to implement best practices and drive optimized business outcomes within Long-Term and Post-Acute Care settings.

Key Responsibilities

→Act as the principal implementation liaison on the project team, translating and documenting customer expectations, business processes, and goals
→Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations to execute a delivery approach that drives outcomes and value
→Translate technical requirements and execute system configuration setup
→Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and collaboration
→Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building partnerships to develop implementation approaches
→Partner with internal stakeholders to create and execute implementation plans on time and with high quality
→Proactively anticipate, identify, and communicate issues, risks, and delays to ensure successful implementation
→Lead customer change management strategies, including user readiness and acceptance plans
→Develop and maintain expertise in multiple product offerings
→Travel to customer sites when needed to lead meetings and presentations

Requirements

✓Post-secondary education in a technology-related field preferred
✓Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
✓Consulting experience within a software organization performing workflow analysis and developing recommendations
✓Experience working on multi-resource project teams balancing milestones and objectives
✓Proven ability to take accountability for projects and deliver on commitments
✓Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solution value
✓Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt priorities
✓Ability to thrive in a high-paced, complex team environment
✓Results-oriented with adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
✓4+ years in a software implementation role
✓Healthcare market experience preferred
