About the Role
We are looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services, Practice Delivery team at PointClickCare. This role involves acting as the principal liaison with customers to implement best practices and drive optimized business outcomes within Long-Term and Post-Acute Care settings.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the principal implementation liaison on the project team, translating and documenting customer expectations, business processes, and goals to ensure implementation success
- →Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations to execute a delivery approach that will drive outcomes and value
- →Translate technical requirements and execute system configuration setup
- →Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and collaboration skills
- →Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building partnerships to develop implementation approaches that consider business impact and daily workflows
- →Partner with internal stakeholders to create and execute implementation plans that are on-time and of high quality
- →Proactively anticipate, identify, and communicate issues, risks, and delays to ensure customer satisfaction
- →Lead customer change management strategies, including user readiness and acceptance plans
- →Develop and maintain expertise in multiple product offerings
- →Travel to customer on-site locations when needed
Requirements
- ✓Post-secondary education in a technology-related field preferred
- ✓Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- ✓Consulting experience within a software organization performing workflow analysis and developing recommendations
- ✓Experience working on multi-resource project teams
- ✓Proven ability to take accountability for projects and deliver on commitments
- ✓Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
- ✓Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt priorities
- ✓Experience in a high-paced, complex team environment
- ✓4+ years in a software implementation role
- ✓Healthcare market experience preferred
