About the Role
PolicyMe is seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor to join their remote-first team. This role involves educating customers on insurance needs, managing inbound leads, and guiding clients through the buying process using PolicyMe's digital platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Help clients navigate life, critical illness, and health & dental insurance options
- →Speak with customers to answer questions and guide them through the buying process
- →Manage a high-volume pipeline of 300–350 leads each month
- →Use HubSpot to track conversations, follow-ups, and application stages
- →Recommend the right coverage based on customer needs using a consultative approach
- →Maintain high-quality service across phone, email, and SMS channels
- →Address customer questions related to needs, product details, or insurance processes
- →Collaborate with teammates to improve workflows and elevate customer experience
- →Ensure every customer receives honest, helpful, and human service
Requirements
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Licensed Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent with valid LLQP
- ✓1-4 years of experience in insurance or related industry
- ✓Experience managing a high-volume pipeline with strong organizational skills
- ✓Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in consultative sales environment
- ✓Ability to manage objections and explain complex concepts clearly
- ✓Natural conversationalist who builds rapport easily
- ✓High empathy and discretion for personal or financial topics
- ✓Coachable with strong desire to learn and improve
- ✓Growth mindset with ability to adapt to change
- ✓Ownership over work and pipeline
