Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call centers (BPO)
- ✓Bilingual in English and Spanish
- ✓Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
- ✓Strong organizational and technical proficiency
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and DocuSign
- ✓Capable of handling office equipment
- ✓Excellent client service skills
- ✓Ability to stay calm under pressure
- ✓Empathy and sympathy for clients
