About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Full Cycle Recruiter to join Polly, a company transforming the mortgage industry with its modern, data-driven capital markets ecosystem. This role focuses on building teams that drive meaningful impact through strategic hiring.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own hiring processes end-to-end, from role scoping through to offer and acceptance. Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
→Partner with Hiring Managers: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, supporting with defining role requirements and shaping interview processes.
→Deliver a Best-in-Class Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects Polly’s standards, with clear communication and a professional, transparent experience.
→Drive Hiring Outcomes: Focus on delivering the best hires, maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and alignment.
→Manage Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain clear and structured communication across candidates, hiring managers, and People partners.
→Leverage Data & Process: Maintain accurate data within ATS systems and use insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

✓Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership: Proven experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes, with the ability to independently drive multiple searches while maintaining quality and pace.
✓Technical Recruiting Expertise: Experience hiring for technical roles, with an understanding of how to assess talent and build strong pipelines in competitive markets.
✓Hiring Manager Partnership: Demonstrated ability to work closely with hiring managers, influence decisions, and provide guidance on hiring strategy.
✓Sourcing & Market Mapping: Strong experience proactively identifying and engaging talent using sourcing tools, including LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
✓Candidate Experience Excellence: A consistent track record of delivering a high-quality, professional candidate experience, with clear communication and strong stakeholder management.
