Poshmark Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop and deliver data-driven insights to support effective decision-making and strategy development for customer-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collect, analyze, and report on key metrics
- →Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and improve customer reach strategies
- →Identify new opportunities and implement strategies to expand personalized merchandising
- →Study and analyze alternative courses of action to determine optimal outcomes
- →Identify KPIs and measurement frameworks for user success
- →Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to drive innovation and quality
- →Perform data analysis to determine root causes of user problems and create solutions
- →Improve buyer initiatives and seller tools
- →Utilize data to manage digital product positioning and development
- →Analyze, develop, and execute a feature roadmap across all platforms
- →Develop strategies to improve operations and market impact
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field
- ✓Five years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- ✓Five years of experience in product roadmap development and management
- ✓Five years of experience in creating functional specifications and UX design
- ✓Five years of experience in data-driven decision-making
- ✓Five years of experience in software development processes
- ✓Five years of experience in Agile methodologies
