About the Role
You will own and evolve Company Profiles and Reviews, a strategically important feature on SEEK that shapes how candidates understand employers and how hirers build trust. This role involves high levels of autonomy and end-to-end ownership, from setting product strategy to delivery and measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a core problem space and drive product transformation to better meet customer and business needs
- →Challenge the status quo and shape SEEK's business model evolution through strategic product thinking
- →Engage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- →Advocate for customers by designing experiences that address real problems and deliver measurable value
