About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the transformation of Xero's developer platform, empowering developers to launch both traditional API-driven and AI-native integrations. This role will focus on driving innovation in our marketplace and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the transformation of the developer platform to support advancements in generative AI and AI-native development
- →Scale a robust B2B API platform connecting millions of small businesses with third-party applications
- →Drive 0 to 1 product initiatives to create deep, scalable product experiences within the Xero platform
- →Manage and evolve a tech stack focused on high-performance APIs and integrated developer tools
Requirements
- ✓Technical background, possibly from a previous career as an engineer
- ✓Experience launching AI products
- ✓Ability to manage complex platform products within mid-to-large scale organizations
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with resourcefulness and collaboration skills
- ✓Track record of shaping successful product roadmaps and influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
