About the Role
This role will support the Revenue Enablement and Customer Education team in developing online learning and instructor-led solutions for internal sales roles and external audiences. This is a 9-month contract opportunity focused on creating engaging training content.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop training and enablement content using various modalities including eLearning, assessments, videos, presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, and cheat sheets
- →Create interactive, engaging, high-impact training that meets audience needs based on project scoping documents and storyboards
- →Design educational content adhering to instructional design principles with learning objectives aligned to Bloom’s taxonomy
- →Design and deliver learning assessments to effectively measure learning outcomes
- →Create content that adheres to the team's brand guidelines and style guides
- →Manage content assets following naming conventions and folder structure
- →Conduct design and content reviews with the team lead and subject matter experts
- →Assist with content publishing as needed
- →Work with evolving templates and tools to streamline eLearning production
- →Communicate asynchronously via Asana
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience creating online learning and instructor-led training content
- ✓3+ years of experience creating sales enablement content
- ✓3+ years of experience working in the software/tech industry
- ✓User-centric approach to learning design with empathy for learners
- ✓Ability to approach complex information with frameworks and processes
- ✓Keen eye for quality design and visuals that translate into effective training experiences
- ✓Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to build transparency and alignment
- ✓Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
