About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Global Pricing & Underwriting team at Prima, a leading online motor insurance provider. This role involves shaping business strategy and driving innovation through advanced analytics and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build and evolve proprietary predictive technology for future claims, tactical pricing, renewal probability, fraud detection, and customer lifetime value
- →Define and support implementation of key tools to understand business growth metrics like conversion, retention, and emerging profitability
- →Support countries in planning pricing and underwriting strategy
- →Develop critical thinking and creativity to drive Prima's growth
Requirements
- ✓Impressive academic achievements in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, or Engineering
- ✓2+ years of experience in analytical fraud detection in Insurance, Finance, or Law Enforcement
- ✓Applied knowledge of network analysis, anomaly detection, or risk scoring using machine learning techniques
- ✓Strong Python programming skills and fluent use of GIT
- ✓Excellent English level, both oral and written
- ✓Collaborative mindset that inspires and guides others
