About the Role
We are looking for a Card Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing card payment queries and ensuring accurate customer refunds.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a key point of expertise for card payment queries by owning and managing suspected duplicate payment cases
- →Work closely with Customer Service, stores, Finance, and external banking partners to gather information and progress customer cases
- →Carry out detailed investigations of card transactions using internal systems and data tools
- →Collaborate with Finance teams and banking partners on reconciliation file preparation
- →Prepare, update, and maintain reconciliation and reporting files to ensure data accuracy
- →Maintain clear communication with the business on case progress and outcomes
Requirements
- ✓Experience in handling card payment queries and customer refunds
- ✓Strong analytical skills for detailed transaction investigations
- ✓Ability to work with internal systems and data tools
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Understanding of payment journey standards and financial settlement processes
