About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on leading complex technology projects and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to governance, architecture, engineering, service, cyber, and compliance standards.
- →Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and budgets, tracking progress, actuals, forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain control and ensure successful delivery.
- →Partner with senior business and technology leaders to define objectives, share concise updates, escalate decisions, and influence outcomes with insight and foresight.
- →Oversee day-to-day project operations while assuring the quality of deliverables and meeting stakeholder expectations.
- →Lead, motivate, and develop multi-disciplinary teams, building strong relationships across business, technology, and external vendors to resolve conflicts and achieve project goals.
- →Establish KPIs and metrics to measure success and benefits realisation, ensuring vendors meet contractual quality and timeline commitments.
