• Accountable for the full end to end recruitment lifecycle of Technology or Central Functions positions across our Global Head Office remit.
• Implement creative attraction strategies to generate top talent for the vacancies
• Ensure the Primark employer branding is reflected throughout the whole recruitment process
• Ensure the selection process is fair and consistent, in line with Primark policies
• Source talent and build and maintain effective talent banks for key roles and key locations utilising the CRM
• Effectively manage and monitor key metrics relating to all aspects of recruitment
• Update reports and provide comms to key business stakeholders
