What You Will Do • Works closely with the Safety Managers to continually increase safety awareness and attitude • Assists with providing safety trainings • Travels to various jobsites and conducts jobsite safety audits • Ensures safety policies and procedures are OSHA/DOSH compliant • Assists with conducting incident investigations and equipment inspections • Conducts safety orientations for new employees and safety meetings for jobsites • Provides support to the warehouse with safety equipment inspections and recertifications/calibrations of equipment. • Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices. • Maintain a physical presence onsite and regularly visit jobsites to oversee progress and provide assistance to the project management team as needed. • Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. What You Will Need To Be Successful • Bilingual (English/Spanish) to support training, site communication, and safety compliance across crews • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • OSHA 30 Certification • First Aid/CPR Certified • Strong knowledge of construction safety standard • Adaptability to fast-paced environments with changing conditions • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and observation abilities • Proficient with Microsoft Office products Our Benefits  100% coverage for Medical, Dental, and Vision, including dependents, with no premium cost to the employee. 401k Program w/ Employer Match Discretionary Profit Sharing Program Paid Time off and Holiday Time Off *Stoner Electric does not engage with or utilize recruiting or placement agencies for any recruiting or hiring needs.
