About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for Promethean's bespoke software and hardware. This role involves supporting customers through telephone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- →Solve customer problems to provide speedy resolutions to their inquiries
- →Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats with excellent customer satisfaction
- →Maintain detailed histories of all issues reported to the Call Management System
- →Achieve agreed targets (KPIs) and deliver excellent customer service
- →Determine the best resolution for customer queries and escalate when necessary
- →Develop projects to improve department efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓2-3+ years of helpdesk experience
- ✓Good working knowledge of computer configurations and operating systems
- ✓Excellent time management and organizational skills
- ✓Excellent communication and customer care skills
- ✓Previous experience with project work
- ✓Excellent written and verbal English skills
