About the Role

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is revolutionizing healthcare with modern, automated B2B software for rehab therapy businesses. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own full-funnel growth for key products, services, and verticals, driving outcomes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

→Own growth outcomes end-to-end by designing plans, coordinating execution, and driving results
→Diagnose growth constraints by identifying drop-offs across the funnel and using qualitative and quantitative inputs
→Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams
→Build repeatable plays by creating scalable systems and turning successful tests into repeatable motions
→Raise the bar on messaging and enablement by developing materials that improve conversion and execution
→Move fast and iterate by running experiments with clear hypotheses and rapid learning loops
→Mentor and elevate the team by providing feedback, coaching, and structure

Requirements

✓5+ years in growth, lifecycle, product marketing, or revenue marketing at a B2B SaaS company or outpatient therapy fields
✓Proven ability to own a metric and drive measurable growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion targets
✓Strong analytical instincts, including defining what to measure, interpreting results, and translating insights into action
✓Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills
✓Strong prioritization and tradeoff thinking
✓Experience building enablement and working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management
✓Comfort operating with ambiguity and speed, with a bias toward experimentation and learning
