About the Role
Property Finder is seeking a Senior Account Manager to retain and expand their customer base through strategic business consultations. This role involves managing a portfolio within a specific Emirate and achieving key performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Master the Property Finder solution portfolio to become a subject matter expert
- →Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth
- →Manage existing client portfolios
- →Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals
- →Utilize a consultative approach to discern customer needs
- →Sell, cross-sell, and upsell technology-enabled advertising solutions
- →Cultivate and sustain enduring client relationships
- →Record and maintain accurate documentation in Property Finder's SalesForce CRM
- →Predict weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts
- →Negotiate contracts and manage collections
- →Collaborate with clients and finance teams for payment reconciliation
- →Manage an elaborate stakeholder landscape in the client account
- →Work collaboratively with internal departments to meet client requests
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of professional B2B sales experience in a SaaS or Subscription environment
- ✓Strong analytical skills for interpreting client data
- ✓Exceptional customer service mindset
- ✓Effective problem-solving skills
- ✓Proficient public speaking, communication, and presentation skills
- ✓Desirable understanding of the real estate industry
- ✓Ability to communicate effectively with key decision-makers
- ✓Assertive, influential, and highly motivated
- ✓Highly computer literate, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- ✓Experience in using CRM tools (SalesForce experience is a plus)
- ✓Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business strategies
- ✓Experience working in a cross-cultural and diverse team environment
- ✓Proven ability to navigate complex decision-making processes
- ✓Familiarity with additional CRM platforms and other relevant business tools
