About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Property Finder, the leading property portal in the MENA region. This role focuses on shaping the consumer experience and driving reengagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to and execute against the product vision and strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- →Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from research and discovery to launch and continuous optimization
- →Work closely with engineering, product design, marketing, and other teams to prioritize product initiatives
- →Utilize data, analytics, and customer insights to make informed decisions and improve customer satisfaction
- →Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to senior management and key stakeholders
- →Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for innovation
- →Mentor and coach other junior product managers to improve product best practices
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of product management experience, ideally with marketing, software development, or experience design
- ✓Experience with high-traffic consumer platforms spanning multiple countries
- ✓Demonstrated experience in the full product lifecycle and leading product and engineering teams
- ✓Strong experience in implementing product delivery methods including design thinking, lean product, agile delivery, and A/B testing
- ✓Ability to influence senior stakeholders and evangelize product management best practices
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
