We’re looking for passionate, execution-focused self-starters to help us build the next generation of tools for founders. 🌟 About the role We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build the features powering AI capabilities across our core equity platform. You'll own end-to-end delivery across the stack — from backend services that orchestrate agentic workflows and tool integrations, to frontend experiences that bring AI-powered features to life for users. In this role, you'll work closely with product and design to turn ambitious ideas into real product improvements, moving fast while maintaining the quality and scalability our platform demands. 🛠 What You’ll Do • Build and maintain features end-to-end — from backend services in Go powering agentic workflows and tool integrations, to polished frontend experiences that bring AI capabilities to users • Implement APIs and service interfaces that connect AI capabilities to our core product reliably and at scale • Ship complex, multi-step workflow orchestration with strong reliability and observability • Build frontend features that leverage AI to enhance and simplify equity workflows for users • Drive performance improvements across the stack — caching, database optimization, and responsive UI • Mentor junior engineers on best practices and system design 🙌 What You Bring • 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience building production systems • Strong proficiency in Go and TypeScript/React, or equivalent backend and frontend experience — ideally balanced across the stack • Experience integrating LLMs or AI capabilities into production applications • Familiarity with agentic frameworks and tool orchestration patterns • Solid API design skills and experience with service-to-service communication • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and system observability in production • Clear communicator who can turn product requirements into well-scoped technical plans Nice to have • Proficiency in Go and TypeScript/React • Experience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration frameworks • Background in fintech or regulated industries • Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools like Cursor or Copilot ✨ Why work at Pulley • We've moved beyond early-stage uncertainty - Our product has traction and we're building on a solid foundation, but we're still early enough in our journey where your work will directly shape the company's trajectory as we scale. • Make it easier for anyone to start a company - Founders turn bold ideas into reality - building things that might not exist otherwise. The final offer will depend on factors such as your experience, interview performance, level, and other considerations assessed during the hiring process.
