About the Role
Pure Storage Japan is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join their Emerging team in Japan. This role focuses on developing new business in the gaming and media industries, working with channel resellers and key customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Promote Pure Storage's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers in Japan, with a primary focus on the gaming and media industries
- →Build strong customer relationships and lead the achievement of industry-leading customer satisfaction
- →Develop and execute account plans that maximize internal resources and drive new customer acquisition
- →Manage a healthy sales pipeline to guide the business toward quarterly and annual targets
Requirements
- ✓Sincerity and passion in engaging with major game companies and large media organizations in Japan
- ✓Ability to manage a broad territory and propose solutions to customer challenges through Pure's product portfolio
- ✓Strong track record in new customer acquisition with effective communication across all levels
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building trusted customer relationships
- ✓Experience leading complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
- ✓More than 5 years of B2B sales experience, primarily focused on new customer acquisition or business development
- ✓Conversational English is not required, but the ability to read and understand English using translation tools is a plus
