About the Role
We are looking for a Distribution Account Manager (DAM) to join Pure Storage, a company reshaping the data storage industry. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and maximizing distributor participation in Pure programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own Operational Efficiency: Act as the primary operational point of contact for the distributor community.
- →Manage Deal Flow & Registration: Execute the full lifecycle of deal registration approvals and rejections.
- →Provide System Expertise: Resolve distributor-facing platform issues and manage portal access.
- →Drive Program Adoption & Enablement: Communicate distributor program details and assist with training.
- →Optimize Channel Pipeline: Contribute to pipeline hygiene through qualification and cleanup activities.
- →Enhance Business Insights: Generate reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews and ROI analysis.
- →Support Channel Marketing: Drive partner attendance at distributor marketing events.
- →Streamline Processes: Identify areas for improvement and document new processes.
Requirements
- ✓Operational Acumen: Proficiency in managing complex internal systems like Salesforce and Partner Portals.
- ✓Distributor/Channel Mindset: Understanding of the indirect sales model and distribution partners' role.
