About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing the customer journey for our subscription portfolio and ensuring customers maximize their investment in our technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive Value Realization: Orchestrate the end-to-back customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals
- →Act as a Strategic Advocate: Serve as the primary post-sales conduit for key accounts
- →Lead Executive Business Reviews: Facilitate strategic sessions with stakeholders
- →Manage Critical Success Outcomes: Identify and mitigate churn risks
- →Shape the CSM Playbook: Design scalable processes and frameworks
Requirements
- ✓5+ years experience in a customer-facing, account management role
- ✓2+ years experience in a Customer Success role
- ✓Experience in an enterprise data center environment preferred
- ✓Drive Value Realization: Orchestrate the end-to-back customer lifecycle
