About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Pylon. This role focuses on shaping how our B2B post-sales support platform is positioned in the market and enabling sales teams to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define Pylon's positioning in the B2B support market against competitors like Zendesk, Intercom, and Salesforce
- →Own the core messaging framework and develop segment-specific messaging for primary buyers
- →Build sales enablement assets including pitch decks, demo scripts, and competitive intelligence
- →Lead go-to-market planning and execution for major product launches
- →Use Pylon AI to gather customer insights and synthesize patterns into actionable intelligence
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of B2B product marketing experience with at least 2-3 years owning major PMM work end-to-end
- ✓Track record of building PMM from scratch in a fast-growing startup environment
- ✓Exceptional writing and communication skills
- ✓Deep familiarity with the B2B SaaS buying motion, particularly for technical products
- ✓Experience working directly with product, engineering, and sales leadership
- ✓Deeply curious about AI technology and willingness to get hands-on with the product
- ✓Comfort working across both new logo acquisition and customer expansion motions
