About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Manager to lead business development activities in the Testing & Analytical Services industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in service industry sales, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in testing and analytical services
- →Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- →Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- →Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- →Negotiate contracts and close deals independently
- →Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- →Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the service industry (Food, Pharma, Chemical testing, analytical, laboratory, inspection, certification, or related fields preferred)
- ✓Proven ability to work as an individual contributor
- ✓Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- ✓Good understanding of B2B sales processes
